The heartbreaking incident was reported at approximately 9:57 p.m., when a concerned citizen called authorities after discovering a gunshot victim at the Titan Service Station. Members of the Virgin Islands Police Department responded to the scene, where they found Thymothy suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

Emergency medical technicians arrived shortly afterward and assessed him for signs of life. Despite the response of emergency personnel, Thymothy was pronounced dead at the scene.
