With profound sadness, we remember Parrish Anderson and Kamyrah Anderson of Hayti, Missouri—two beloved children whose lives were tragically lost in a devastating two-vehicle crash on Friday night, September 25, 2026, on U.S. 61, approximately three miles north of Matthews.

Parrish and Kamyrah were traveling in a Lincoln Nautilus when the vehicle struck the rear of a Ford F-150. The Lincoln then left the roadway and overturned multiple times. Both children suffered fatal injuries and were pronounced deceased at the scene at approximately 9:56 p.m.

In the midst of unimaginable grief, their father shared a heartbreaking tribute: “Parrish Anderson & Kamyrah Anderson, I love y’all so much. Daddy will forever keep y’all name alive.”

At just 9 and 10 years old, Parrish and Kamyrah had so much life ahead of them—countless birthdays, school days, laughter, dreams, and memories still waiting to be made. Their loss has left their family facing unimaginable heartbreak.

Four other family members were injured in the crash and transported to hospitals, including the 33-year-old driver, two teenage boys, and a 62-year-old woman. Our thoughts and prayers are with them as they heal.
